Jeong is Korean-Dutch and has lived most of her life in the Netherlands. She studied Photography and International Business Administration. Currently she lives in Leiden and works in Product Data Management. Jeong enjoys being creative and is currently learning stone cutting and silversmithing in her free time.

 

“To me, SET has been a place of comfort and challenge at the same time. Students and staff of diverse age groups and from different parts of the world come together to seek God. During these encounters I have experienced His love for me and His invitation to keep growing and stay hungry to know more of Him. It is a privilege to see how God has been faithfully leading this community to transform and raise Korean diaspora leaders in Europe and many other parts of the world through SET.”

 

이정은 한국계 네덜란드인으로 대부분의 삶을 네덜란드에서 살면서 사진과 국제 경영학을 공부했습니다. 현재 그녀는 라이덴에 거주하며 제품 데이터 관리에서 일하고 있습니다. 창작활동을 즐기기 때문에 현재 여가 시간에 석재 절단과 은세공을 배우고 있습니다.

 

"저에게 SET는 위로이자 도전의 장소였습니다. 다양한 연령대와 세계 각지에서 온 학생과 리더들이 함께 모여 하나님을 찾습니다. 이러한 만남을 통해 저는 저에 대한 그분의 사랑과 그분에 대해 더 알기 위해 계속 성장하고 배고픈 상태를 유지하라는 그분의 권유를 경험했습니다. 하나님께서 이 공동체를 신실하게 인도하여 SET를 통해 유럽과 세계 여러 지역의 한인 디아스포라 리더들을 변화시키고 키우시는 것을 보는 것은 특권입니다.”
