Jena is a 2nd generation Korean Austrian. She grew up in the beautiful city Vienna where she studied medicine. After finishing the training to become a general practitioner, she now lives in Linz and works as a pediatric resident.

“The first time I attended SET was in 2016 through Pastor Mike’s invitation. Through SET God showed me how he sees me and how much he loves me just the way I am. This truth made me fully free. I decided to follow Jesus and SET challenges me a lot on this journey. By serving SET I committed myself to be part of God's vision to raise up his disciples among the young generation of Korean diaspora. I am full of expectations what God will do to revive Europe and other parts of the world through the young spiritual leaders."

저는 오스트리아에 살고 있는 정예나입니다. 비엔나에서 자랐고 의대를 졸업했습니다. 가정의학과 수련을 마치고 나서 지금은 린쯔라는 도시에서 소아과 전공의로 일하고 있습니다.

 

저는 2016년에 마이크 목사님의 초대로 SET에 처음 참석하게 되었습니다. 그 시간을 통해 하나님께서 저를 어떻게 보시는지 그리고 제 모습 그대로 얼마나 사랑하시는지 알게 되었습니다. 이 진리가 제게 진정한 자유를 주었습니다. 저는 예수님을 따르기로 결심했고 SET는 그 여정 중에 제게 많은 도전을 줍니다. 한인 디아스포라의 다음 세대를 예수님의 제자로 세우는 하나님의 비전에 참여하기 위해 SET를 섬기게 되었습니다. 하나님께서 유럽과 세상에 부흥을 일으키기 위해 다음 세대의 영적 리더들을 어떻게 사용하실지 정말 기대됩니다.

Hwa-Pyeng was born and raised in Bochum, Germany. Currently, he lives and works in Frankfurt, Germany. He enjoys eating good food and loves to do music.

조화평은 독일, 복훔에서 태어났고, 현재는 독일, 프랑크푸르트에서 직장을 다니고 있습니다. 그는 맛 있는 음식을 즐겨 먹고, 음악 하는 것을 좋아 합니다.

 

옛 참가자로써 하나님께서 SET를 통해 기적을 이루신 다는 것을 간증 합니다. SET에서 제가 많은 위로와 도전으로 인해, 하나님과 하나님의 비전을 따라 갈 수 있게 되었습니다.

Eva lives in Vienna and is studying dentistry. Recently, she started a clinical internship at the university. Her interests include traveling, listening to music, and exploring new cafes and restaurants in the city.

 

“I have been attending church since I was born, and I always thought that I was a Christian, but I actually didn’t know how to have faith or how to make sense of the bible. But through SET I realized how easy it is to be a follower of Jesus. It helped me a lot to work on my relationship with Jesus and to trust him more. I want to grow closer to him and seek fellowship with other Christians.”

안녕하세요 제 이름은 신여경입니다. 저는 비엔나에서 살고 있습니다. 저는 치의학을 공부하고 있으며 현재 대학에서 임상 실습을 시작했습니다. 저의 관심사는 여행, 음악 감상, 도시의 새로운 카페와 레스토랑 탐색 등입니다.

 

저는 태어날 때부터 교회를 다녔고 항상 제가 기독교인이라고 생각했지만 사실 믿음이 있는지, 성경을 어떻게 이해해야 하는지 몰랐습니다.

그러나 SET를 통해 저는 예수님을 따르는 것이 얼마나 쉬운지 깨달았습니다. 그것은 제가 예수님과의 관계를 개선하고 그분을 더 신뢰하는 데 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 저는 하나님과 더 가까워지고 다른 그리스도인들과 교제하기를 원합니다.

Keunyong was born in Korea, then lived 10 years in Cambodia with his family at the age of three. Through the guidance of God, his family moved to Germany and is still living there. He is currently attending university in Regensburg, Germany. Singing, drawing, building plastic models are his hobbies. His favorite worship song is called "My Lord, My GOD" written by Woo-jung Park.

 

"My sister’s continued recommendation led me to go to SET, where I was able to get many answers from GOD. It was incredible how well prepared the SET staffs were. I literally could feel the Power of Prayer. This experience encouraged me to serve as a Staff. Hopefully other Participants will experience the GOD's grace together with us".

저는 97년생 장근용입니다. 3살때 부모님을 따라서 캄보디아에서 10년을 보내고 하나님의 인도하심을 따라 독일로 넘어와 현재까지 살고 있습니다. 현재는 독일 레겐스부르크에서 대학을 다니고 있습니다. 취미로는 노래하고 그림 그리는 것, 모형조립을 좋아합니다! 제가 제일 좋아하는 찬양은 "나의 하나님" 입니다!

 

동생의 지속된 권유로 SET 를 가게 됐고 그곳에서 제 여러가지 신앙적인 고민들이 해결됐습니다. SET를 섬겨 주시는 모든 분들이 기도로 엄청난 준비를 하고 오셨다는 걸 느낄 수 있을만큼 은혜로운 시간이였습니다. 부족하고 미숙하지만 SET에서 코어팀으로 섬기게 됐습니다. 제가 받은 은혜를 함께 나눌 수 있기를 바랍니다!
